Set in Fregene, a refined seaside town near Rome, Mediterranean Villa is a stunning example of architectural transformation, designed by Carola Vannini. With 320 sqm of interiors and 160 sqm of outdoor spaces, the villa seamlessly merges minimalist architecture with the Mediterranean landscape, delivering a luxurious and welcoming living experience.
The home spans two levels. The ground floor includes a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and three stylish bathrooms. Upstairs, three more bedrooms, two additional bathrooms, and a panoramic terrace overlook the lush garden and infinity pool.
A standout feature of the project is the use of Alice Ceramica products in all five bathrooms. Carefully chosen for their modern Italian design and premium quality, these ceramic elements—sinks, toilets, and accessories—enhance the villa’s refined atmosphere, blending aesthetics with functionality.
The residence is completed by a minimal-design infinity pool with walkable, retractable cover, and a contrast between warm, natural indoor materials and vibrant outdoor furnishings, highlighting the strong connection between inside and out.
